Je vien d'aller à cette agence pour acheter un billet d'avion pour le Cambodge. J'arrive dans cette agence personnes ne parle français ou même néerlandais il parle uniquement anglais vive la Belgique. Il refuse de me vendre un billet d'avion pour le Cambodge, je leur demande pourquoi, il me répond il faut un passeport et un visa. Je le montre mon passeport et mon visa il refuse toujours. Il me demande si je suis de nationalité cambodgien, je leur répond est ce que j'ai l'air d'être Cambodgien je suis de type concasien blond au yeux bleus. Je ne sais pas si je devais rire ou pas. Mais refuse toujours de me vendre un billet d'avion et je sais toujours pas pourquoi. Je leur demande de regarder sur leur ordinateur si il y a des vols de disponible pour mes date de voyage il me réponde oui, alors je leur demande une dernière fois. Et sans surprise toujours non, il ne veulent pas vendre de billets d'avion. Alors je ne sais pas quoi penser peut être que c'est un commerce avec une personne complètement folles. Pour finir je me suis rendu dans une autre agence (tui) j'ai reçu mon billet d'avion directement au même date que je voulais. Si vous voulez une bonne recommandations n'allait jamais à cette agence qui ce trouve à Uccle rue emile claus.

My 84-year old handicapped mother (with a broken shoulder and 3-rib fractures) together with me and my son just experienced the worst a passenger can experience in all her travels back and forth the Philippines. My mother has full trust and confidence with Antipodes-Aseana Travel for many years but last Sunday, it disappointed her big time. Not only her but her family who became victims too by the big blunder.

Here's the story. I ordered a ticket for my mother from a Filipino agent of Aseana and after paying the full price, I was informed by email - "Here's her ticket" message. The departure day came. Take note that we traveled 112 kilometers from home to the airport (Brugge to Zaventem) and when we were at the airline desk, just to be informed that my mother's ticket and reservation has been cancelled. She has no seat reserved. No one can help us in the airline because the ticket was brought from a travel agency Aseana. The airport duty supervisor told me, if the ticket was bought directly (online) from the airline, they can always help us solve any problem. He even helped me phone Aseana office but of course, it was a Sunday, the office was closed. Added to the injury, your travel agency doesn't have skeletal force or a mobile number to contact in case an emergency problem occurs like what we had. You were useless. I was very disappointed!

After 2 hours of waiting and calling, hoping we will still get hold of the agent by any way, (her mobile number is a big secret) - my mother, the poor old woman sat on the ground due to so much exhaustion. I have travel agent friends who are ready to assist their clients at all time, giving their mobile numbers to be reached in case of an emergency. An agent must bear in mind that sometimes, if needed, your clients can reach you even on a day you are not physically in office. Sadly, Aseana is a failure here.

Your good agent has apologized for the error she committed calling it "a misunderstanding". She offered a 50 euro compensation for my gasoline which is not even enough for 448 kilometers distance (twice instead of one go). So I told the agent that it does not make me happy to be compensated 50 euro, not even a thousand euro or a round-trip ticket will make me happy for the very bad experience we had. I will for always remember your agency for this nightmare.
